  2. Send a Port Request Email
    Email [email protected] with “Port Request” in the subject line. In the body of the email, include:
    • The Talkatone number you wish to port out.
    • The name on the account.
    • The date your account was created or when the phone number was assigned to your account.
    • The name of the new carrier you are porting to.
  3. Porting Information
    Your new carrier should be able to complete the port with just your Talkatone number and the PIN you receive.
  4. Account Closure
    Once the port is completed, your Talkatone account will be permanently closed. This means:
